Each Inspired Leaders Guild event is intentionally designed to spark high-value conversations, foster trusted relationships, and create opportunities for leaders to expand both their network and their thinking.
The Inspired Leaders Guild is currently invite-only.

TERRA LEONETTI
For more than 15 years, Terra Leonetti has led research, strategy, and insights initiatives at Zillow, Microsoft, and Estée Lauder, helping executives make better decisions through a deeper understanding of customers, markets, and industry trends.
At her core, Terra is driven by curiosity. She enjoys asking thoughtful questions, using data to uncover what matters, and creating environments where leaders can think out loud, challenge assumptions, and gain clarity. She is fascinated by what drives people, what shapes behavior, and how better information leads to better outcomes. Her greatest passion is helping organizations and leaders transform complex challenges into clear, actionable insights.
In early 2024, Terra co-founded an invite-only executive membership community for leaders across real estate and proptech, designed to spark inspiration, pressure-test ideas, and accelerate learning through trusted peer relationships. The community continues to thrive, with 100% of members saying they would recommend it to a peer or colleague and 94% rating the monthly mastermind sessions as valuable or highly valuable to their business.
NICOLE Bensen
Recognized as a “Woman of Influence” by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, Nicole Bensen leads team building workshops and delivers keynotes to help companies create a culture where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
She spent nearly a decade at Google where she managed Executive Learning and Development programs before experiencing burnout. This propelled her to pursue her Positive Psychology Coaching certification and to found her company, Tentacles and Tea, where she translates research studies into unpretentious, fun, wellbeing activities.
After spending ~40 years in Silicon Valley, she relocated to the Seattle-area for more space and more trees. She lives with her three kids, two cats, and one husband. She loves red lipstick, luxury hotels, and dresses with pockets.
Nicole is trusted by leaders at Fortune 500 companies, including Google, YouTube, Netflix, and ebay, to lead interactive, team building workshops that provide concrete methods to boost morale, reduce burnout, and increase retention.
Terra Leonetti and Nicole Bensen partnered in 2026 to create The Inspired Leaders Guild, a community for growth-oriented women seeking more than traditional networking. Through honest conversations, shared experiences, and authentic relationships, the Guild helps members gain fresh perspectives, build lasting connections, and make better decisions in both their leadership and their lives.
